This is a review of the Escape Room “The Sorcerer’s Secret” offered by Crypto Escape Rooms in Newmarket, ON, Canada.

The magic theme is definitely not one of my favourite themes in an escape room, but I found this room to be immersive and really fun. The set design was beautiful even before you stepped into the game and the beautiful set pieces continued throughout. This room had clever use of several animatronics to help keep us immersed in the adventure and to tell the story of the game.

This room had some nice puzzles that matched the theming of the game. I highly recommend embarking on this magical quest if you are ever in the area.
