Introduction
Stepping into Space Ship, we were met not with the chaotic blink-and-beep overload you might expect from a sci-fi setting, but with something much more refined. The room felt clean, focused, and thoughtfully arranged—more like a sleek, functional spacecraft than a tech-heavy movie set. That sense of calm structure set the tone for an experience that was all about clarity, flow, and purposeful interaction.
Story & Emotion
The atmosphere leans more toward function than feeling, but there’s still a sense of wonder built into the room’s interactive elements. The story unfolds through the environment itself: a mysterious, deserted spacecraft built by a quirky Swedish scrap dealer named “Sputnik.” What happened aboard this ship? That’s up to you to figure out. Still, even in this high-tech setting, we found ourselves sharing a few good laughs and reacting with genuine “aww” and “oh!” moments. The fun here comes from discovery and teamwork, not dramatic storytelling.
Set & Atmosphere
This room feels big—and I don’t just mean physically (though the space is generous). There’s a ton to explore, and it never feels cramped or cluttered. It is a well-built, modern design that reflects Inlåst’s growth as a company. You can clearly see this is one of their newest creations—the tech integration is seamless, and the quality of the materials feels even a step above their earlier rooms.
Puzzles & Teamwork
This is where Space Ship truly shines: in its game flow and puzzle structure. It strikes that rare balance between easier, satisfying wins and more complex team puzzles that require clear communication and coordination. There was always something for everyone to work on—whether you enjoy tactile tasks, logical challenges, or pattern recognition. The room encourages splitting up, and several puzzles simply can’t be solved alone—something I really appreciated.
Final Thoughts
While sci-fi isn’t always my first choice of theme, I appreciated how the room used technology to enhance the gameplay without overwhelming it. Space Ship marks a clear step forward for Inlåst in terms of design and execution. It’s definitely worth a visit—especially for teams who value strong game flow and cooperative problem-solving.
