This game was completely different from what we had imagined! Instead of one of the usual “Sherlock Holmes and his adversary” escape games, where the focus is on tricky puzzles, we were dealing with a cinematic fantasy adventure that surprised us with some successful twists and turns as well as funny show interludes. Even a visit to the toilet is not an everyday occurrence at this location and is therefore highly recommended!

From the start the unique and very original intro video provided some laughs. We are the last hope of mankind, and were supposed to go on a journey through time to stop the megalomaniac psychopath Moriarty. However, we first had to gain access to the time machine (which was not made easy for us), repair it and feed it with the right input parameters. The journey into the past was entertainingly staged.

Once there, we set out to uncover and thwart Moriarty’s evil plans. A mission that, as it will turn out, sends us through a rollercoaster of emotions. A good mix of action, scare moments and humorous (sometimes bizarre) scenes.

What else?

Moriarty is entertaining and varied, has a strong start and a turbulent finale. The premises are nicely launched and offer enough space for four or five players to operate comfortably. Escape World made professional use of technology (automations and mechanisms). The game has clever puzzles and a good flow. I particularly enjoyed the many interactions with the good actors.

Nice staff who took their time after the game and were interested in feedback.
