Alien is perhaps the most popular escape room in Barcelona and very well booked! If you are planning a trip, you should reserve your desired date in time – which means 2-3 months in advance if it is a weekend.

The game requires a minimum of four and can be played up to ten people. As the game branches off with split teams (don’t worry, you won’t miss a thing, because the branches are almost identical), four or six players are ideal. Make two equal strong teams in terms of experience! So it cannot happen that one team is much faster and has to wait at the reunion point.

The immersion of Alien was great and the set design movie-like, but what this game really makes special is, that both teams have to make independent decisions that affects the ending of the game and the other team’s gameplay as well – you can make it easier ?? or harder ? for the other team.

If there’s anything to criticize about Alien, but that’s now really high level moaning, then it was the puzzles. Some of them were too straight forward and ended, as it is often the case with spaceship themes, pressing buttons or making entries on a screen. Fortunately there were also many physical elements, which were quite funny. You will be asked to hand in all things you could lose (car keys etc.) before the start of the game. Glasses are excluded.
