Mad Mansion are an amazing company. They were in charge of creating a huge amount of excellent rooms that are extremely different than each other, all in the highest quality. I totally get why they got top company in Terpeca 2020 (go vote now!).

And so, it’s not surprising at all that The Brotherhood of Shadows is fantastic. It really felt as if they have built an actual castle, with a great design that really delivered on the castle aspect. Regarding physical construction, I will also credit the room for one of my favorite unexpected passages to date.

The room has a bit of creepy acting (albit not that crucial in my opinion), but is mostly not scary whatsoever. One part of the room felt for me slightly out of place and “forced”, but it didn’t prevent the experience from being great, with some lovely multiple-layered puzzles, and more than a few moments of stopping and just admiring the surroundings.
