A glorious quest to find the precious ring. Okay, perhaps it’s limited to only the hobbit cave, but it’s important to find nonetheless. We can’t let those nasty orcs get to it first.

This is a suitably quaint room, being a hobbit home. The props were definitely small, but I didn’t get the sense of being large. Nonetheless it felt like a real home, about the size you’d expect a hobbit could afford in a big city. Still packed with plenty of places to hide things.

We spent a lot of time wondering what we should be doing. Something about the flow of the puzzles wasn’t quite right. It wasn’t always clear what piece belonged where. Once we had that figured out they made sense — except for one annoying number puzzle. Integration-wise a bit of a mix, some felt like they belonged, others were a bit contrived.

The Ring of Power is an okay room with good decor. It was fun enough to play, but nothing stood out as special. I think with a little bit of work it could be a better room.
