It is now four weeks ago that we played the “Exorcist” online.. and this is what we got …

Even four weeks and a lot of online games later, the EXCORCIST is definately one of the most memorable horror themed Escape Rooms we played. It started right away with meeting the awesome gamemaster Ronnie in his car right in front of the old Crowley Manor, who luckily also happens to be the world’s leading demonologist. He brought us inside the Manor, trying to find out what happend to Father Patrick and Father Baker. Both entered the old house before and never were seen again! In order not to experience the same fate, we have to make sure to leave Crowley Manor in under an hour!

The whole story and setting is so well set with fitting atmosphere and flattering lights. Ronnie brings his own personell cameraman Liam and I still haven’t played a second room which was so nicely balanced between live parts and stunning video sequences. I especially like the way you get a connection to the gamemaster as a part of your team, when you see him acting in the room during the game, rather than “just” seeing through his eyes!

The puzzles were chosen wisely and fit nicely into the whole story and setting of the room. Ronnie managed to respond to the mood of us players and makes this game either a really creepy or an extremely funny experience! So if you not only want to have a little horror but also want to laugh a lot, make sure not to miss the Exorcist by Emergency Exit Escape Rooms! I can’t wait to play the next chapter ..
