This was one supper I didn’t want to end.

What an incredible experience. This was our second game from this venue and along with their first game it didn’t disappoint.

The space isn’t huge but it really doesn’t need to be, given that fact it’s still actually very generous in puzzles and surprises.

You are seated at Lord Garrick’s table and rumour has it, people that have dinner with the Lord may not be seen again.

As a team, we were offered costume and we fully participated, all dressed up and ready for dinner we got started. From entering the room, I felt every bit immersed and invested.

Lord Garrick, himself, was incredible, clearly very talented and the best part is, and I would like to believe, I think he really enjoys it. How he keeps a straight face sometimes is beyond me.

Having very different opinions and the dynamic of our team being varied meant we each brought something different to the table! Quite literally. This being said we all played along and the more we interacted the more fun we had. It was full on, very fun role play. Lord Garrick is fun so don’t be frightened to go all out.

We were very slow to get started but I think we were living the experience too much to get our heads round the starting puzzles.

This game is very much 50/50 split, puzzles vs role play.

The puzzles were fun and varied and fitting the theme. It got a little more frantic with the puzzles towards the end.

There’s some nice little surprises that pop up along the way that I wasn’t expecting and it just all added to the experience.

The game is incredibly well done and left us all congratulating the venue on their games.

If you’re in L/A this is a venue definitely worth visiting. I would happily replay this if I was ever in the area.
