During our long trip through Spain, we stopped at the small town of Getaria in Spain, probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve visited in this tour. The town overlooks the sea, which sets the perfect tone for the story of the room, that follows the story of the real explorer, Juan Sebastián Elcano. Our mission is quite clear – get on a ship, and follow Elcano’s trip around the world.

While the room is quite small, it uses its space extremely well, creating a feeling of quite an extensive trip.

The center piece of the room, the ship, is awesome and realistic, using smart mechanics to simulate the journey. While the other players in our group loved the room more than I did, I do agree that it is definitely unique, and it was very unexpected to find a room of that quality, in such a small and quaint coastal town.
